3. Participation and Safety:

• Participate in sports activities at your own risk. Ngao Sports is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during participation.
• Ensure that you are physically fit and medically cleared to engage in sports activities.

4. Equipment and Gear:

• Use appropriate sports equipment and gear in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Ngao Sports reserves the right to inspect and prohibit the use of unsafe equipment.

5. Payments and Fees:

• Membership fees and event registrations must be paid in full and in advance.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

6. Privacy and Data Protection:

• Ngao Sports respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination of Membership:

• Ngao Sports reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership for violation of these terms or any disruptive behavior.
• You may terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice to Ngao Sports.
